I just received a letter informing me that NBN will be here in 3 months which I hope will be OK but going back to the crackly copper wire (from the constantly flooded pit) outside my house instead of cable (FTTC) does not fill me with hope.
The 1st problem though is it is addressed to my old name, which I changed 3 years ago, and the wrong account number!!!!
Not a very encouraging start to the NBN !!!!
Is there an optus rep here who can help me with this?
