So my NBN got installed this morning, however it does not seem to be connected.
Is it just me or Optus only employs robot lady to answer calls? Tried different extensions to talk to someone, but the robot lady is very good in not helping my problem.
Getting quite frustrated now.. Please help.
Well this is now 35 hours without connectivity.
Chatted to a rep last night: 'be patient, it can take up to 24 hours'
Another chat this afternoon: 'oh, its stuck on our system, let me release that and it'll be online in an hour'
4 hours later... here I am...
