NBN installed but no Wifi Modem provided

Hi,

After a struggle of 1 month i was able to get NBN installation. The NBN technician came and install their modem. However i have not received the optus wifi modem. When i checked it seem there is missing unit 1 in my address.. I informed about the sale person at the time of installation. No one seem to help and resolve the issue. Can any one advise whether i should by a wifi modem .. if yes  which will work. My unit is not very big so wifi courage would not be a big issue.

Hi @Israr, we did receive communication stating that the Sagemcom F@st 3864V3 with AC is currently on back-order.

I'm unsure of the exact shipment date at this stage.

I might be able to arrange a non-AC version for you (as an interim solution).
