NBN has slowed from 94mbps to less than

I understand in the current climate that speed may slow down due congestion but not to a point where on the 24th of last month my speed dropped from a consistent 94mbps to less than 9mbps and a complete slowdown and consistent dropouts in the evening. My plan is 100/40 unlimited download (theoretical) and plan promise of no less than 80mbps but surely not to the point of not being able to connect in the evening within the space of a couple of weeks. Any assistance would be welcome as I cannot get a hold of customer service via phone or the preferred method of message on the app.
