NBN dropout

How do I find out what is happening with resolving my drop out fault Ref. 18433930 hate paying for something I’m not getting. Been without phone and internet for 5 days.

Jump into Live Chat with Tech Support, if you provide them with the reference number they can follow up with the team handling your ticket. On my end it looks like this one has been raised with NBN for investigation and you may require a technician to come out.
