i signed up to Optus 2 months ago for nbn and fetch tv. Since then I have constant drop outs and wifi is really slow. That slow I sometimes can’t download a email. Have called Optus 5 times now and speed check is ok at 40-50 mbps and basically just say it is ok
i have reset modem atleast 30 times.
I have been with Telstra for the last 15 years and never had a problem!
Hey @Upset2 - Have you been provided with any fault reference numbers we could look into? How many devices do you have connected at any given time?
maybe try out the modem with a ethernet or network cable and see if it is more stable. Do you experience the speed issue all the time or during a particular time of the day?
