In normal situations you have received and SMS/email stating its been activated.
As for outages you should be able to enter your address in fixed outages section here to check.
We get a flashing dsl light for a few seconds then off for a few more and repeats over and over again
If you are getting DSL lights II assume you're FTTN or FTTB, correct?
