I have been through the NBN saga and have had issues connecting the new modem.
The Internet "light" on the modem flashes white for around a minute and then lapses to red.
I have tried a few different configuration of wires etc but no luck.
Any tips so I don't have to waste another 4 hours waiting for a technician?
Can you please send us a message on either Facebook or Twitter with your account number or username? We can then run some checks on your connection as usually if the internet light is not lit, or is red, it's indicative of an issue.
I had joined the dots between the red light and the inability to connect to NBN.
