Can anybody suggest me how to deal with pathetic service of Optus NBN?
I raised a request 30 days ago to move my connection to new address and still I am mucking around with them. My new address is already having NBN installed, it is just moving my connection from old to new address.
I must say a poor customer service. Why don't you outsource the support if you can't employ people? 60 minute wait, hahhhh!
