NBN and fetch

I have just switched over to the NBN and my fetch has been discontinued. How can I get fetch back on.

Probably need to call and re register your box......... When  you get new boxes sent they have to register the box. So I'd say if your service has been switched you will need to as well.

Did you stay on your existing Broadband plan @ranbuild, or did you upgrade to a new plan?

 
If you've switched over to a new plan which includes an upgraded Fetch box, we'll have deactivated your existing Fetch Box. 

 
If that's not the case, it should just be a matter of us reactivating your existing set top box. You'll need to contact us. We may ask you to confirm the serial number and MAC address (both are listed on the sticker on the back of the Fetch unit.
