Did you stay on your existing Broadband plan @ranbuild, or did you upgrade to a new plan?
If you've switched over to a new plan which includes an upgraded Fetch box, we'll have deactivated your existing Fetch Box.
If that's not the case, it should just be a matter of us reactivating your existing set top box. You'll need to contact us. We may ask you to confirm the serial number and MAC address (both are listed on the sticker on the back of the Fetch unit.
