Ok so the activation date and NBN appointment is set for this coming Monday and as of today (Thursday) the modem has not been delivered and they havn't even issued a tracking number. The online 'Track My Order" has been showing "In progress – delivery in 1-5 days" for nearly 10 days.
I call up the Optus NBN team only to be told there has been a delay in shipping modems "due to an IP issue" ????? However the Optus Connect Champion AKA NBN Concierge, messaged me 2 days ago that that info was incorrect and a modem would arrive before the install date and I would get a tracking number. So far NO tracking number and now Concierge does NOT reply to my messages.
Can somebody verify if there are delays in the delivery of the modems to metro Melbourne.
