NBN Restoration

The NBN lead in cable to our project has been damaged. We have spoken to NBN and need Optus to raise a "service restoration ticket" with NBN to have the service fixed. Unfortunately we have not been able to get in contact with Optus to do this due to COVID delays and as I don't have an Optus mobile number I can't set up an account to message you for you to call back. Appreciate your assistance.

Unfortunately sitting on the phone for many hours is your only option.

1. Call 133 937
2. DON'T press 1 to be sent the link to chat with the Messaging team when prompted at the start
3. Stay on the line then you will be asked to press various options

The NBN doesn't deal with the public direct. As you say, you'll need to get Optus to send the NBN out. You are however considered a priority situation by OPtus.
