You know that outage that has been around? well... Our NBN supplied router did nothing useful, I decided to plug my old ADSL2+ router into the NBN box and hey presto, we have Internet!
And still Optus say that there's no NBN...
@Decoo04, are you referring to the nationwide outage we experienced over the past weekend or was this an isolated issue. We did have a few reports from Victorian NBN customers advising that they were unable to use their service.
We've since been advised that service has been restored. Are you able to confirm your post code for us? We have been offering NBN ready ADSL routers for the last couple of years.
Possibly the NBN router is faulty? Possibly if you plug the NBN router in now it will work?
