Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your NBN connection.
I did have a brief look into the area, however, I'm unable to see any outages as of yet.
You can search your address on our Network Status page for any specific faults. All you need to do is click the 'NBN, Cable & ADSL' tab and search your address. If there is an outage, you can then click 'Log a Fault' to receive further updates.
