i got an email from Optus that said my NBN connection been connected, my appoinment is today 12th Sept, one of team member said technician will come and bring the new modem to my house to install it.
what happened with that?i havent got any call that anyone come with modem to install and suddenly been acttivated?
Just touching base to see if the installation went ahead last Thursday?
Is everything up and running?
