I still have the same experience in May 2017. So Optus have fixed nothing. False advertising I call it. Fraud is another word.

We are still suffering the broadband speed issues. I have tried calling the support phone number several times without much luck. It's painful to be on the phone for 30 minutes and then having to hang up - there is never a person on the other end of the phone.
