I had an appointment to churn from My Republic 6pm on Friday 14/9/18. My republic release the service ( discconected) at 6pm. I get an IP address from Optus ( checked APNIC and it was an Optus address) - DNS details are also recieved. I can ping my own NBN interface global address but not gateway
Optus blames NBN ---sounds like firewall/VLAN related issue to me!

Unfortunately something only Optus help desk can sort either way.
