Optus NBN FTTN customer. Ever since connection a month ago, constant drop outs, terribly slow (13DOWN).
not wifi. it's the internet.
Don't tell me to turn it on and off again. have tried that, and many other things
Unreliable. Ready to jump ship. Have written this 4 times because of bad connection.

oh, also haven't recieved my FETCH box that was supposedly "on the way" 2 months ago.

If you're getting drop outs, and restarting solves the problem then this would suggest your phone line isn't coping with the connection.
Can you login to the Sagem and paste the full line stats?
Do you have more than one phone socket?
Do you / did you have an alarm/foxtel/central filter?
