Ive recently relocted , notified Optus on the 12Th of Feb and requested my internet be transfered. I receiced a messaged stating NBN service would be active on the 22nd of Feb. Unfortunatly this didnt occur , ive contacted Optus several times and keep getting a different story , order pending , my order was cancelled , theres a error . I cant seem to get a straight anwser , its now Thursday the 28th and still no Internet. Is there anyone in australia i can contact to resolve this issue?
