NBN Connection light

Hi, I have recently come back from holiday and set up my Optus wifi box, which is attached to our NBN box which was set up before we went away.

it has now been over 24hrs and the connection light on the NBN box is still flashing blue, I have restarted the NBN box as per the troubleshooting direction and still nothing just the constant flashing and clicking noise? does anyone know what might be the problem?

Hi Court08,
What type of NBN connection do you have? FTTC?
And do you know which light specifically is flashing blue?
Depending on the light it could mean either the device is starting up or is performing a software update.
