NBN Broadband No Activation Disgraceful Service

Anyone had horror experiences trying to get anything resolved with optus NBN?


I've had 5 weeks of hours after hours of phone calls and live chats, being shuntered from one operater to another, getting nowhere with getting any service and having my NBN activated despite it originally being confirmed for 18 January. I've chatted to over 40 people and no one can seem to resolve the problem. When I finally manage to get to someone is seems like they can help they say it was rejected, its stuck in the system or there's been a glitch. By that point i'm cast off to another person or on one or two occasions i've been cut off and never called back.

Optus this is a disgrace, i've had enough and want to cancel my contract as you clearly are unable to provide a basic service. No doubt that too will be a painful exercise and take hours of calls!

Came on here looking for answers, discovered I'm not the only one getting the run around by nothing more than what looks like incompetence!
