NBN Arris CM8200B

Hi there! 

I have an NBN Arris CM8200 that has been water damaged and no longer works. Is the only way to replace this machine through calling optus? Are there any alternatives? 

I have been on hold for for over 4 hours collectively today and disconnected 3 times so just trying to find a solution ASAP as working from home.

That is NBN equipment but you have to organise a replacement via Optus. No other choice.

We'll need to submit a request for a replacement Network termination device (ARRIS modem)  with NBNco. 


An NBN technician is required to go out and install it. 


If possible, send us a message via the My optus app, or call us up on 133 937.


Ignore the 1st prompt > Select 2 for internet > Select 2 for General enquiries.
