I have an NBN Arris CM8200 that has been water damaged and no longer works. Is the only way to replace this machine through calling optus? Are there any alternatives?
I have been on hold for for over 4 hours collectively today and disconnected 3 times so just trying to find a solution ASAP as working from home.
We'll need to submit a request for a replacement Network termination device (ARRIS modem) with NBNco.
An NBN technician is required to go out and install it.
