NBN Activation

HELP HELP HELP!!!!

I am going through a living hell with this NBN activation.

I have just spent 45 minutes on the phone to you only to finally make contact with a case manager ONLY TO BE CUT OFF.

THIS IS KILLING ME!! I HAD A NASTY TECHNICIAN INSTALL MY NBN THREE WEEKS AGO BUT HE DID NOT USE THE NBN MODEM THAT YOU HAD SENT ME AND HE DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME.  HE WENT UP INTO THE LOFT AND RAN A CABLE FROM "SOMEWHERE" AND RAN IT THROUGH A SOCKET INSIDE THE UNIT AND PLUGGED THE LEAD INTO MY EXISTING OPTUS MODEM - AND LEFT!!!!  I MUST HAVE SOME SORT OF NBN CONNECTION BECAUSE HE DISCONNECTED MY DSL.

SINCE THEN MY SYSTEM IS RUNNING DREADFULLY!!!!!

I NEED A CASE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME URGRNTLY - NOT ON MY OPTUS LANDLINE BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHERTHER IT IS WORKING - BUT ON MY MOBILE **private info**hidden.

I AM IN TOTAL DESPAIR WITH THIS FIASCO ESPECIALLY AS WHEN I FINALLY MAKE CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP WE GET CUT OFF!!

FOR CHRIST SAKE SOMEONE CALL ME A..S.A.P

THIS IS KILLING ME!!!!
