Its been very difficult as I am helping my mother out and I think three calls to Optus where they go through a fixed list at each phone call and really dont get a solution with a non technical customer.
Extremely slow to connect (know it is slow anyway) and once it connects the upload is pegged to around 600 k
It has happend since swap over from ADSL to FTTN . I have screen shots of the modem for the speed and s/n, but dont know how to get this too them . I understand really it is not optus problem as I would think its a NBN node issue.
