I have installed that you send to me nbn modem 4 days ago, but no nbn service. Today called Optus Technical term twice and the answer are: nbn not activate. I wondering how long takes Optus to do nbn activation? Thanks!
@Y-yy As per the bold Red Text on the Yes Crowd page "Note: Yes Crowd cannot access or view customer accounts/orders." If you are the first people at the property to connect to the NBN, depending on the technology used at the property Optus maybe waiting for the NBN to confirm an appointment. If the Property was previously connected to the NBN maybe the previous occupant has not terminated their NBN service so Optus cannot connect you to the NBN.
