I have looked into the case reference number you provided and it appears there is an unplanned outage affecting the Internet connection in your area. The fault is currently under investigation and we are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
To check on the status of the outage, you can visit our Network Status Page, click on Fixed Outages tab and enter your full address. You'll then see the outage reported and you can Report a Fault to enter your mobile phone number and be updated with the latest progress.
