I am currently with OPTUS with the Account: *hidden*
I am currently having a Broadband connection for my internet service.
I got the NBN service reached to the building I live in.
How could I get the NBN service via OPTUS to replace my current BroadBand one.?
Thank you
Asso AL-Hamawandi
First check the NBN is available and what technology is being used (FTTC?)
Check your address here
Second just contact an RSP to ask them to start the NBN connection process. Unlike before any RSP can now use the NBN to provide high speed internet. If you are happy with Optus (and Optus new NBN deals then perhaps try them)
Note: Moving to the NBN requires a new contract and the pricing and features of what you are on may change.
Note: As you are on Optus Broadband you only have about 3 months from when NBN is available in your area before you will be disconnected.
