Hey guys, I’ve managed to create an account but when I try to do stuff like link my services it comes up with this:
ive tried absolutely everything. I’ve had my nbn going on close to two months and it’s all plugged in and working with internet I just can’t acess anything
@Dirtbikerider96, did you have an existing My Account profile before you'd signed up to an Optus NBN service?
If your account number starts with 8, 9 or 10, you will need to manually link additional services to your existing profile.
You'll need either your service number (landline number), Optus username (XYZ@optus.com.au) or account number.
If you're still having trouble, reach out to us on Live Chat. You'll need to ask the agent to manually link the service from their end.
