Yesterday I spent 3 hours on phone to your technician support as NBN not working and they arranged for technicians to come tomorrow. Ref no is 22595799. NBN started working overnight so I got a message to say now the technician is not coming but I still want him to come to find out why this is happening all the time. My work phone number is *hidden* and account number is hidden so could you please get the technician to come tomorrow as previously arranged. Thank you
