I have no connections with the modem above. It's the first time I've connected it. The red cable is plugged into the NBN Arris connection box and then plugged into the WAN port on the modem above. Yet, the DSL is flashing and not the WAN light. No internet connection to the PC. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?
Heya! If you have an NBN HFC connection you don't need to worry about the DSL light - it's irrelevant in your case.
With the red cable, one end needs to be in your NBN unit and the other needs to be in FIBRE on your modem.

I have the same issue. Only the power light is on and the DSL light flashing instead of the internet and WAN lights like it was before and can't find any relevant information. Any ideas? I've tried restarting and resetting the router.
We did have a nationwide NBN outage that impacted roughly 96,000 customers. I'm not sure if your service had been impacted?
