I have recently (6 weeks ago) migrated from optus adsl to nbn. During the process i lost access to my optus email address. I have spent endless hours of phone calls and online chat to not have it resolved. I feel like the staff that are addressing my issues are not trained well enough. They have resent my passwords so many times but it still doesnt allow me to access my webmail. Can anyone help?

I would put the ball back in their court and say here is my username and password go and try webmail. If they can't access it then the problem is on their end.
