It is about time Optus put a link to Live Chat on their website. Oh, no, wait! If they do that they will get flooded with people trying to complain about their shitty service! Every time I need to contact Optus, I get on the forum to get a link to live chat and usually get the wrong department. I've just been told that I can phone in. Yay! I want to waste my time on hold forever and then speak to someone that is difficult to understand! Put the Live Chat link on the website!
