Hi, we had relocated our service and were told we could be switched to NBN whereas previously we had been connected via ADSL2+.
The internet has not been working in the new place and we have had the plan for roughly 3 weeks without use.
All I am wondering is there anyway I am able to be compensated for the bill of the internet I cannot use.
I have been and still am in the process of getting the issue resolved.

I am certain there will be a credit of some sort once the dust has settled and your new connection is up and running as I can't imagine them charging you for a service that is not working. I guess the billing system rolls on with no pause button as such
