Internet down

My internet is down again in Wynnum. Last month we were without service for days. Please ensure this isn't a repeat of last month

Hey @adeast, thanks for getting in touch with us. 

We recommend keeping across our Network Status page, which provides up-to-date faults and works that may be impacting your service. You can also register for updates by clicking on 'Report an Issue'.

There’s also a range of troubleshooting steps that may help with internet faults. We advise you to follow the basic steps so that we can rule out any network or software issues.
