Recent days, my NBN has dropped at about 23:40 several times, and it recovered after 10-15 minutes. Anyone knows what's happening? My zip code is 2260 Terrigal NSW.
I'm not able to see any area faults in 2260 at this time so it may be an issue with your individual connection or hardware. I'd recommend speaking with our Tech Support team via the My Optus app.
My Internet drops out at around the same time (23:20-23:45)frequently for 3-15 minute periods , not every night but several time a week usually. On a FTTN line in Castle Hill Area ........ odd.
