My modem arrived and had been sat on my doorstep for 2 days; I was going of the online tracker which is clearly defunct.
My activation is now apparently stuck in the system and a ticket has been put in.
it's been a frustrating churn from Skymesh who could handle any queries on the first call - I can't count how many people I've spoken with at Optus.
