I was sent a modem but the guy installed one that morning.
So the technician came and installed our modem for us, then a couple hours later we received the exact same modem in the mail, however it has a different network and password? I believe this is a mistake however due to the corona, we cannot call about it and my partner is the account holder but is working long hours at the moment. I don’t know what to do, are we getting charges for two modems?? Do we just send it back??
