I was directed by Optus to 3rd party to solve my 'no internet issue'

The support team at Optus weren't able to solve me issue with nbn 'connected, no internet'... so theywhat asked if I would like a premium support to help.  I said yes..  I was told this would cost $90 that could be paid off in 3 installments.  WHAT!!!????

Hi @NAD, once again apologies for your internet connection issue. You do not have to go for premium support. Did Tech Support confirm what the issue is? They should be able narrow down on where the problem is. It sounds like a modem set up issue rather than a line fault. Kartik
