I want to check my internet connection status

Hey
I went to one your Optus shop as you recommended me to collect Modem. There was no modem available, the staff said that they don’t keep it at all!!!!
I was terribly disappointed!! You wasted my time!
I ended up buying new modem from store. But it seems like there’s no internet connection on.
Can you figure this out? I can’t wait to be connected. Very frustrating!

The NBN connection can only be activated with an Optus supplied modem. Only then can another modem be used.

Hi @Brandju79, I do apologise that you've had some difficulty getting online! 


Your new modem will probably need to be provisioned on your service, unfortunately it's not as easy as just plugging a new device into the line. 

Since posting here, have you had any luck with your service?

I have been doing it but can’t reach to any solution. Still awaiting for the service to be connected and awaiting for modem
