Any idea how I can view my Optus My Account for my NBN, rather than just my Mobile My Account? I have logged on through 'Internet Connection' link, but there is no way that I can stop 'paper bills' and select 'online bills' as I'd like to do. Any ideas? Or is it clear as mud and I'm missing something?! 😞
They are supposed to be the same My Account. You have to get chat to merge them. Then they might tell you that one of them has to be on the new system, which is incompatible with the old one, so they can't do it. This is their go-to excuse for the last 6 months.
In the new interface the option should be front and centre.
You may need to get a CS person to do the initial link of the accounts for you though.
