Woke up this morning (Bulleen, VIC) and NBN not working. Have reset modem, turned it off/on etc. No good.
Tried to call Optus Support... 1 hour wait so I took their advice to advise them through the App. Tried this.. no good. The screen where you send them a message won't connect via my mobile 4G.
Have looked on their site... I can't find where you on their hundreds of pages I can advise that my internet is down or request a service call etc.
Can someone please tell me (provide a link/url etc.) where on the optus web pages I can simply tell them my internet is not working.

According to the service status page ( https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status) there is an outage in the Bulleen area at the moment. It is under investigation.
