High latency and Packet loss for 1month now

It is now about 1 month since this issue has started and all we have been told by Optus is that they are having issues connecting with servers. Why should we stay with Optus anymore if we can barely watch a few video streams at the same time or game on a stable connection, it is radiculous at this point. It all started about the time the undersea cables were damaged to hong kong which doesn't make sense when we can't connect to Sydney based servers at our previous stable <5ms. We had bandwidth issues with Optus before getting up to 100+ms during peak times and then again with 30+ms during peak times. Seriously considering another ISP, now way we should have to pay our bill until this crap is fixed.
