We got connected to nbn fttn today but are getting booted off every few minutes, even with the Ethernet cable in place. We’re using the Optus supplied modem. My son needs the net for university so I’d be grateful for any ideas.
Sadly it’s more than likely a line issue to the node and you’ll be required to call support to instigate an investigation..
Just in case there’s a local issue, have you by chance checked the Optus network service-status page? Just in case there’s a local issue.
I agree and investigation will most likely need to be raised with Tech Support if no reported issues show in your area.
