Why on earth does it take 3 weeks for a technician visit to repair a fault?? ref 21968334
My nbn service has only been working little over 3 weeks after waiting over 6 months for the installation to be completed.
I am reasonable and patient but the frustration of taking time off work, waiting for appointments and wasting time conversing with customer service teams simply does not register at Optus. Aggh!
I can't comment on the amount of time it takes to schedule a service call but I would not except a no show if I had taken time off work. I would be making a claim and a complaint if that's what happened to you.
