Frustrated form your company

I am so sad and frustrated from your company . Because you spent two months to change my plan from 16 Sep till now . If you can not change a plan how you do this work with other people.
And the worst I still give money for some services I asked to cancel befor two months.. so bad !!!!

If you stopped using the devices when you cancelled them then Optus will be able to see that and should have no issue refunding you any monthly fee you overpaid.
