Flybuys nbn

Hi I signed up in 17th September for a new nbn service. I was offered 25000 bonus points to do so. It started that on my optus order that I would receive them 60 days later. I waited the 60 days. No bonus points so contact flybuys via email forwarding my optus order confirmation. Flybuys hasn't been helpful. I have provided everything to them. Still no solution after starting to email them 18th November. I wouldn't have signed up to optus nbn with $99 set up fee if I wasn't going to get the bonus points to cover it. Not happy at all

We can raise an escalation for you to followup on your points, however to do we'll need to grab your details which we can't do over the forum.
