Fetch TV

I have just received my Mighty box, all setup and activated but my subscriptions do not appear and I want to know when they will show up. I have the $80 pack and am paying extra $14 to include ultimate pack of all channels.  Optus sport is also included in the package. I am just not sure if I need to contact customer support again. Thanks in advance 😃

Hey @Gigi67 you can add and remove channel packs on the Fetch box via Manage > Subscriptions. Sometimes you may have to wait 48 hours before adding on the pack, if this is the case you will receive a message advising you to wait 48 hours.
