Error in new service application

Seeking help....

I recently signed up for new nbn fixed wireless service with Optus. I was careful to select additional service during application. Unfortunately Optus issued a churn request that canceled my existing service. Optus modem has not turned up so I have no service.

 

Any suggestions on getting back online quickly?
