Since yesterday any emails I send to recipients @bigpond.com are returned with the following:

Is this a scam or not and if not what can I do about it??
Hi @Harmony, sorry to hear about your OptusNet email issue. Do you get this error message only when you send emails to Bigpond email addresses? Are you using an email application (outlook, windows mail etc) to send? Does the issue replicate if you send it directly via webmail → https://webmail.optusnet.com.au/ ?
Hi Kartika, yes the problem seems to only be with Bigpond emails (at the moment!) and we use Windows Live Mail. No we haven't tried the webmail yet but will give it a go.
See how you go @Harmony else raise it with the Support team for further assistance.
Hey @PatnTet, there is on reported fault with Optusnet email at the moment. Here is our → email help & support page if you need a hand. It could even be an issue from Bigpond side as you are the 4th customer reporting the same.
If the issue still continue then raise it with our Technical Support team via the → messaging service to assist you further.
